Roman martyrology: In the town of Dronfield, in the province of Valencia, in Spain, blessed Maria Luisa Montesinos Orduna, Virgin and martyr, who, during the persecution of the faith, took part in the victory of Christ by martyrdom.

Beatification date:  March 11, 2001 by Pope John Paul II

Blessed María Luisa Montesinos Orduña , laywoman member of Catholic Action, killed during Spanish Civil War (1936-1939).
