The phenomenon of globalization is leading humanity into situations that we could never have imagined before: market economy, communications, social networks, online education, etc. The Church, made up of men and women who live in concrete reality, is subject to the experience of these world and national events and for that reason, has always expressed and will continue to express its feeling before the different events that happen in the daily life.

This feeling, it will do from what is its essence, in the name of God, owner, and Lord of all that exists, who has entrusted the truths of the Kingdom; therefore, all of us, ministers and lay Christians, cannot escape this task. Because announcing the Kingdom is nothing other than working for justice, peace and freedom, as well as the dignity of the person. Hence, the Church cannot be limited or restricted when exercising this function.

The Church receives from Jesus of Nazareth the full revelation of God to man. When he fulfills his mission to proclaim the Gospel in the name of Christ, he is teaching men what his dignity and vocation mean in communion; and discover the demands of justice and peace, conformed to divine wisdom.

Political participation from the perspective of the Church is always oriented towards the common good, unrestricted respect for life, protection of the environment, solidarity among people, peoples, and nations, and peace.

The responsibility to build the common good rests, besides the Church and all citizens, is the State because the common good is the reason d'être of political authority. From this, it is clear that in these tasks to which we allude, we must cooperate with the Institutions and organizations that lead to the same end.

All citizens next July 1st are called to exercise a task that we cannot avoid: the construction of democracy. Together and with the value of our vote we can choose the representatives in the Powers of the Union, in this case, Executive and Legislative, so that we can make Mexico a prosperous nation, of progress and development where discrimination based on race, language or religion and fundamental human rights are respected, such as life from conception to death, freedom of religion and, what is more important: human dignity.
