COMPUTER MINISTRY FOUNDATION OFFERS ONLINE HELP TO CATHOLICS

NEWARK, NJ: A non-profit organization based in the Archdiocese of Newark is providing free expertise to Catholics seeking to use computers to aid their parishes, dioceses, and other ministries. The Computer Ministry Foundation has just completed a project in the Newark Archdiocese in which computers and an internet hookup were given to a local retirement home for Catholic sisters. These sisters are now reaching out through cyberspace, giving Catholics all over the globe the benefit of their training and experience in the field of education. Those wishing to help the Foundation or seeking to advice in establishing their own computer ministry may contact Christine Maggio, founder of the Foundation and author of the 1995 Papal Visit Web Site, at:
